Sawn timber and killn dried wood
As of 2016 La Oroza offers mainly timber from its own forest concessions in the region of Loreto. The company has a forest concession with FSC-CW (Controlled Wood) certificate since February 2015. The certificate of this concession is adjusted into FSC-FM (Forest Management), together with that of a newly acquired forest concession totaling to 34.500 hectares with FSC-FM status by mid-2017. Timber is processed at our plant in Iquitos which has a FSC-COC (Chain of Custody) certificate since May 2015.
The drying process of sawn timber is implemented in our own drying kills. KD wood is offered in various shapes and sizes: boards, beams, moldings, friezes, blanks, etc. Our machinery includes a multi blade circular saw, planers, molding machine, finger joint press, etc. We guarantee the optimum quality and the best service for the optimal price.
